High Court to hear landmark case on Tasmania’s anti-protest laws that unreasonably restrict free speech and protest

Our ability to freely share political information is a bedrock democratic principle that needs defending. In May 2017 we were in the High Court intervening in Bob Brown's challenge to Tasmania's excessive anti-protest laws which unreasonably target political communication.
