Legal challenge in Supreme Court against Victorian Government’s decision to detain children in maximum security adult prison

The HRLC returned to the Victorian Supreme Court in March 2017 to challenge the Victorian Government sending children to Barwon maximum security adult jail. HRLC's Executive Director, Hugh de Kretser spoke to waiting media outside the court.
